Media Library and Playlist disappearing

Hello

i've search the forum but haven't been able to find any topic about it :

Whenever a video is launched on Winamp, my playlist editor and media library disappear from the screen, but Winamp considers them still being there. The only way for me to recover them is..... uninstall and reinstall winamp.
I installed the lastest version, did all updates that could be required and tested this on both Win2000 and WinXP.

Can I scream "Help"?
Meanwhile I redirected all movies to be opened with another prog but still, this is very annoying.

I think i have a problem in this area too.

the thing is one of my ML-playlist just got empty. i accidently played a movie through winamp a while earlier. maybe it has to do with that.

is there anyway i can get it back?

i saved a backup some time ago but it felt kind of stable so i didnt do it anymore.
