streaming video connection

Can somebody tell me if i'm watching a video on shoutcast tv, how can i stop the sudden shut offs. i'm sick of missing certain episodes on smallville on ess.tv.

if you do not have enough downstream then you will not be able to watch the show as fluidly as you like...
