Hi all,

I'm searching for a way to Stream NSV on 2 Servers. The first server shoul get The NSV+Audio. And the second server should get only the audio. We are streaming with a mixing table so we get the audio through line on the soundcard.

I tried with nsvtools (NSV Live Capture) to start it 2 times, the first should send normal nsv and audio from line In. The second should send only the Line in from soundcard. But I couldn't turn off the video stream on the second nsv Live Capture.

So I tried to send the audio with winamp & NSV+Audio with NSV Live Capture. Now when NSV Live Capture sends NSV & Audio and I wanna start the Shoutcast audio stream with winamp the shoutcast plugin tells me, that the soundcard isn't free.

So my question is:

How can I stream NSV+audio on one server and the same audio on an second server without the nsv?

just run 1 shoutcast audio stream with the dsp and 1 video stream with the nsv if you have the available bandwith.,...

setting the recording mixer to all u hear / wave out / stereo mix

Hi nick@ss,

the bandwith isn't the problem :-)) ADSL2+ :-))
I tried your proposal many times. But it doesn't work :-( every Time, I start the NSV (with NSV Live Capture) and I can't start the shoutcast plugin in Winamp. When I start the shoutcast Plugin First, and start the NSV, I get an error from NSV:

Error 800004005: Cannot start Graph

I think this Error comes, cause the audio output is taken by the shoutcst plugin. And when I start the NSV first, it is taken by the NSV tool.

The sound comes from line in of my Soundcard.

Perhaps you have an solution for me, or someone else.

Maybe use two sound cards?. Feed em both and use one for the DSP and the other for NSVCAP?.

Yes it would work in that way, off course. I'm just thinking of an other Idea, cause not everyone of our Radio has two soundcards. But I think that there will be no other way.
