Okay, i've posted about this a few times and after getting aggravated with it I just gave up.

BUT IM BACK, AND TRYING IT AGAIN!

I did everything, i'm connected to the server and all of that.
I have done this before, and it was successful. However, I wasn't on a router before I had the modem hooked straight to my computer.

Everyone who connects to my ip (69.121.192.64:8000) gets a "timed out."

I've turned off my firewall. So ..I don't know..help me :( lol

maybe this bit needs changing?
