dead tutorials

I decided I wanted to learn skinning so my question....Is there a reason most of the links from here:

ARE DEAD? is that an omen to quit now? Specifically these mostly timed out?

Skinning, scripting, XML tutorials.

hate to say it fella.. but All those links worked fine for me.

Time out's usually mean your having difficulty (well your ISP) is and they can't get the data within a acceptable time limit.. Prolly router trouble in a major hub near you where all the data get's routed thru.

Try again in a day or so (or after a 12 hr period of the pc being shut down least) and you may find they work.

RhinoTrip's scripting specification site is 404 for me for a long time already.
Francis' site seems to be down(always DNS error for me) for quite sometime time too.

The other 2 is working well for me.
Frisbeemonkey's WA site has a nice tutorial.

It is the Frisbeemonkey one that I'd like to use, it's timing out. I couldn't reach RhinoTrip or Francis.

I tried Pixel Pusher, my skin didn't work....and I didn't really learn anything...soooo I went back to FrisbeeMonkey it worked for two pages tonight then died and I can't get back in arghhhh
