Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 69.177.22.251:8000) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection timed out).
Configure your router/firewall/NAT/whatever to let your shoutcast server machine use port 8000 to get out of the local network to the internet.

Thanks for the help, but still get the same error, trided everything, dont know what to do next.

Evidently you didn't try everything or it would work. This is pretty simple really, but it has to be done exactly right. You might look at your router manual for setting up a web server. Only the port is different (usually 8000, not 80).
