help with bandwith

the server i use is streamsicle 2.0 and im playing it through winamp which broadcast my radio station but how can i figure out how much bandwith im using and how do i change the amount of users that can listen to my station.......im using a cable modem form comcast.net

you will find some bandwidth tools here and best ask the people that make the software for help with their programs.
