Please Make A New Category!

I am tired of filtering through skins whose
author took 15 minutes to put a picture through a skin maker and then used their
warez photoshop to add some text and a lens
flare! PLEASE WINAMP make a new category...
call it the "Beginners" category or
something and Stick ALL of these skins there.

If the skin gets four stars or less, nobody will find them... a category for new skins too!
