Black list for rippers!

According to the last topics (for example see: http://forums.winamp.com/ubb/Forum5/HTML/000094.html http://forums.winamp.com/ubb/Forum5/HTML/000079.html http://forums.winamp.com/ubb/Forum5/HTML/000070.html )
why don't edit a black list where anyone who note rips can say it, just by typing the 2 (or more) skins' address locations? Of course, I think the skin which were firstly submitted should be rated while the other ones (if not improved by the same person) just... could be left in a special section with no rating points/stars/lightnings.
Let me know what you think about.

I think it sounds like a good idea, but it seems to me that the in people in
charge of the skins archives don't read these posts, or wouldn't they have done
something about the above mentioned two by now???

Oh, I'm pretty sure they get read...
I was particularly scathing on the subject of skin reviews last night and it seems those posts have gone away, carried by special messenger to the Skin Reviewer Fortress of Evil, where the fiendish, barbaric... oh, never mind.

i dont think this is possible. there are THOUSANDS of skins. who wants to check them all? then, i believe it is better to have some rips http://forums.winamp.com/ubb/frown.gif than risking to rate a ripped skin and telling an author he is a ripper (these things would 100% happen)
