Well, for one thing he is risking legal action from at least 3 larger streaming sites by using their names in his title.

are you really that bored? i mean "legal action" you may as well go hunt down all the other stream rippers out there and as far as you know he could be anywere in the world EG: russia asia nothing can be done then your law means jack and to be totaly honest id be greatful for the free advertisment.
