I really hope that someone in the winamp-crew reads this and take the rip down immediately. The skin is not a good one, in fact it was my first, but I still feel insulted when someone steel my gfx.

Mail the author, make it clear he does not have your permission to use your graphics and you wish him to cease distribution.

This is copyright theft, you do have legal recourse, but who's gonna take it to court?!

There is nothing you can do if he won't stop.

As for the winamp site, I'll try and draw attention to it, tho there is nothing I can do myself. I'll see if I can attract the attention of the real winamp crew...

i will ask the administrators to make a "ripped skins" forum where people who think a skin was ripped, or authors whose skins were ripped can blame the rippers.

I agree with you and THEMike.
David S. had ripped your skin and he must advised to stop with it.
With no doubt, skin must be deleted or, in laternative, renamed according to yours, giving the right person the honours for the art work.
