The only good skin maker is you !
These programs can hepl to create a basic skin, but skining is not this hard. Use a paint program (such as Paint shop pro or Photoshop) and create yours http://forums.winamp.com/ubb/smile.gif

That's right! MS Paint is a very handy tool, when making a skin. I always use it.
A good skin making program?? Would it be Winamp SkinMaker? I find it useful.
