"Big" Skin?

Is there any good skin for us visually impaired? Most the skins I've checked out look good but those tiny buttoms are really hard for me to see and operate on. Can any one gives me some recommendation? I don't mind if it takes up help of the screen as long as I can see everything clearly.

Change your screen resolution to somthing a bit higher... that'll make the buttons appear bigger... or you can go into Doubbble Size mode, but then there is allot of dstortion.

There is no skin that can make the buttons bigger, as winamp does define how big the buttons are. My suggestion is to just use somthing with high contrast.
