Umm 192.168.1.100 is yrou IP address behing NAT/router. What is the outside (internet address) go to http://www.whatismyip.com and it will show you.
That site among others will show you true internet address , which is what listners will use to connect.
Since you have a 192.168.1.xxx address you need to port forward TCP port 8000 and 8001 , see http://www.portforward.com for some great help on router/nat setup not just for shoutcast stuff either.
