after i did all the changes to the base skin
how do i change it in to a skin without a skin program

Assuming you have changed all the .bmps
to your liking, it is as easy as zipping
it up into a .zip file-

both have programs to do this.

Winamp is really cool in that it can read
zip files. You can also rename the .zip
file extension to the .wsz format which
is the same thing really.
