Winamp.com horrible skins

Why do all the skins in the "best" category suck? Where are all the cool skins like customize.org and skinz.org used to have?
Winamp.com skins have always been bad..

I thank winamp.com for a great player, but they have bad taste in skins.
Or maybe "skinning" is just getting worse?

Skinning is NOT getting worse, it's just that the 'market' is being absolutely flooded by hacks calling themselves skinners.
