how to publish skins?

I want to submit some skins, so i register an account here recently and follow the procedure to submit resource.
After that, my submitted skins are under the "unpublished list".
How can I publish them so that other people can search them?

It takes awhile, as your skin is queued-

there are other skins to get through first.
A reviewer must go through each and every one. It will take a couple weeks- patience
is a virtue.
