Shoutcast TV No Stations Available

Hi! I recently downloaded Winamp 5.21. i can't access any channels on Shoutcast TV or AOL Videos. After clicking on Shoutcast TV i get a message in the right panel saying 'loading...' Then after a minute it says 'no Stations Available' Same applies for the rest of the online services. Other error messages i receive are
'stations load failed' for AOL radio with XM and
'Genre load failed No stations available' for Shoutcast Radio
Please help!
p.s i dont have a clue when it comes to IT terminology so if u could simplify things... :S

sometimes its takes mins, hours on the servers to update the list, once the server is updated the winamp software can talk to these servers. blah blah blah..

Just drink coffee and wait a bit. Close winamp , open it again, go to online services shoutcast TV and it should start loading the list. If it continue make sure you can reach www.shoutcast.com in the first place.
