I am currently using neopaint for my skin project and am thinking of purchasing it since it is pretty easy to use and I have learned alot of the tools it has. I just want an opinion on it. I also use Adobe PhotoShop, MGI Photosuite SE, and the Paintshop Pro 6 demo but I am still unsure which to purchase. All have great tools but what one has the other lacks. If not in flexibility in not having it at all. Anybody?

I am a devout follower of the philosophy-

"Use what Works"

Its incredibly profound if you think about it. If Neopaint is what enables you to create
great skins, then use it. For everyone this
is different naturally. Many swear by Adobe,
Paint Shop Pro has its loyalists, and there
is still those who love their MS Paint.

In the end all that matters is if it works for you.

Yeah, i used to use Neopaint, but that was a good few years ago, when it was shareware, and on £1 shareware disks at computer fairs!
Then, i upgraded to a decent machine (i ran i on a 486 DX2-66!!), and aftera second upgrade, found PSP.

The Persian king (Xerxes) is a wise man... I subscribe to that kind of thinking entirely...
