Basque language for NSIS

Hi,

I'm new with NSIS, but I noticed that it has not language files for Basque language, so I've translated them. May be someone else have done already, but I send them anyway. the zip includes:

-Basque.nlf (..\NSIS\Contrib\Language files\Basque.nlf)
-Basque.nsh (..\NSIS\Contrib\Modern UI\Language files\Basque.nsh)

This translation is for modern UI. I'll try to add translations for other UIs.

Can you please update the MUI translation to the latest version? The missing change is:

As you asked, I've updated the MUI file. I've also fixed a pair of errors I did in the first translation.
