I think to rest a virtual server with linux for my streaming videos, this is good?
How can i create a NSV playlist where:
- i can repeat the same video after 10 differents videos.

Read tutorials first
There are many good guides to making a TV-stream around, and you need to learn how to find this info yourself before you are ready to run an NSV-station. A good place to start is http://www.scvi.net
Nevertheless, here are some tips.

Learn what BITRATE is
How much bandwidth you need, depends on the "bitrate" of your videos. Bitrate is measured in "kb/s," and measures how "fat" your videos are. (You can see the bitrate of a stream at the bottom of WinAMP's video-window. Have a look.)
You need to learn how you "encode" NSV-files to a certain "bitrate" before you are ready to run an NSV-station.

Yes, but make sure you know how to use Linux. ;)

Learn about SOURCE CLIENTS
The SHOUTcast server is only half of your station; you also need something called a "source client," which is the program that feeds video into your server so it can be broadcast across the globe.
Some "source clients" have "playlists" where you can decide how your videos are lined up. Since you're using Linux, you might start with using the "sc_nsv" client.
- i can start a video with a time (video 1 start at 3.00 p.m.; video 2 start 5.00 p.m.?
Forget about SCHEDULING
Don't waste energy on scheduling videos until you are an experienced station-manager. This is not for beginners.
Thanks ^_^
RTFM
You're welcome^_^
