So how do I merge these?
edit: So far i don't like the skin...I havent been able to merge the files, and I am pretty sure i got a virus while trying to find something to merge them with.

probably just open the first file with winrar (www.rarlab.com) or similar program.

WinRAR didnt do anything for me, so i waited an hour, yes an hour, for 1.8 megs of cool skin. I like it...It's HUGE though. I put the skin on my ISP webspace. I'll leave it there until I get a phonecall for too much bandwidth usage.

edit: I think the hoverimages dont match all that good. They are really light blue and the lights and displays are dark blue, i think it would look better if the hoverimages where similar to the backlighting.
I like the tape drive, its fun to watch. Do the grills come off the speakers? If not, it would be cool if they did.
And in my opinion, I think the displays for the main window and the tape deck are too empty.
The second set of knobs is wierd looking.. But I like the regular ones.
Overall i give it an 8 out of 10. Would be higher if it wasnt so big; its big for me and I use 1280x960 resolution.
If the text wasnt so tiny I could just scale it... But I think its a great skin. Best one of yours yet.

How many windows do you need to open on start up? I felt like my desktop was being raped.

Wow that's a huge skin. I can tell it took a long time to get done, and although its not my cup of tea, the effort is definetly worth it.
Great job!

good work, I like the versatility of it
though I'll never use all the functions there are, but especially the EQ control is very precise, very useful
the graphics are alright but imho the displays could be done better and the cassette-deck(?) is out of place, like "eeeeeww analog" ;)
other than that you maybe could think of a little extra something concerning the design. the changeable appearance of the speakers are a god example for this, though they maybe could look a bit "smoother"
I think I'm sometimes too focussed on design, so that might be not that important
