0xc0000094 application error

I copied a sound file from my Siemens A65 mobile phone handset onto my PC.
After I open it in Winamp, it gives me an appllication error message (see printscreen attachment)

The application error message says:

the exception integer by zero (0xc0000094) occurred in the application at location 0x00d1b937

click on OK to terminate the program
click on CANCEL to debug the program

Non of the option fix the problem.

What kind of sound file shall that be? a mp3 file?

it's a file with a .wav extension.
The file's properties says it's a wave sound.

Audio Sample Size 4 bit
channels 1 (mono)
Audio sample rate 8 kHz
Audio format IMA ADPCM

How big is this file? Can you attach it?

And this file was generated by the phone itself? Some kind of voice recording?
