Hy, i have created a web site to my station so that i could have a promotion to the station for over an year now but only now i have managed to install on the site an Embedded Player Generator. First i've installed windows media player which, after " connecting..." say's "Ready" but nothing plays, on the server status i got this message:

<07/13/06@10:45:18> [dest: 192.168.2.110] starting stream (UID: 12)[L: 1]{A: Windows-Media-Player/10.00.00.4036}(P: 0)

<07/13/06@10:48:24> [dest: 192.168.2.110] connection closed (0 seconds) (UID: 14)[L: 0]{Bytes: 16384}(P: 1)
<07/13/06@10:48:24> [dest: 192.168.2.110] starting stream (UID: 15)[L: 1]{A: Windows-Media-Player/9.00.00.3349}(P: 0)

This is a connection from another computer, not the one that broadcasts. I've tryed the same thing with Real Player but there the message is "this clip cannot be played".

The question is, could this be possible because i'm using AAC+ to broadcast???

POssible error...192.168.2.110 is not the addres of the station from the internet, that is your internal address. you need to put in the address of the router or firewall devices that way it would allow connections from the internet. That address would work for you, but not the intenet. You need to read the sticky posts to get an idea as to how to find out your real address, and how to get port forwarding setup if and when you want to have listeners from the internet.

AAC+ also is only supported by Winamp! However there are 3rd party pplugins that claim to support AAC+ using windows media player..
