it really sounds like you have something blocking access to what websites you can get at. I would check out your hosts file and software firewall programs as they are likely to be the colprit.
You can also use what is called a proxy server to get around blocked websites. You can set one up yourslef, or you can just use the one here: http://www.gostealthy.com/
Note: this is not really a SHOUTcast or winamp question. This is more of a what is wrong with my computer question, which we should not be answering .... Freebie!

Looks like a temporary glitch in the YP listings. I sometimes see that on rare occasions also and it usually goes away.
However, try adding the following sites to Internet Explorer's trusted zones (Microsoft Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options... > Security tab > Trusted Sites icon > Sites... button)*.winamp.com
*.shoutcast.com
Also, as suggested above, make sure the firewall allows access to the sites.

Please provide system specifications (http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=161361#specs), in particularly the HijackThis log. Download links HjT and instructions for posting a log are in the system specifications link.
It may take awhile before one of us has a chance to evaluate the HjT log and make the proper recomendations.

OK, this is an odd entry from your HjT log....
O1 - Hosts: 70.86.83.53 www.shoutcast.com
It is one of the things that fc*uk mentioned about checking your Hosts file. That item in the Hosts file is forcing your computer to point to different location when trying connect to www.shoutcast.com
Try the following1. Run Hijack This
2. do a System Scan
3. after the System scan click the 'Config...' button in the lower right corner, then click on the 'Main' button in the Configuration screen
4. Make sure 'Make backups before fixing items' and 'Confirm fixing & ignoring (safe mode)' are checkmarked or selected
5. click on the 'Back' button in the lower right corner
6. from the list of items checkmark or select O1 - Hosts: 70.86.83.53 www.shoutcast.com | Do NOT select anything else
7. press the 'Fixed Checked' button in the lower left corner
8. If asked, press 'Yes' to confirm.
9. close out of Hijack This
10. Close Windows and reboot the computer
I did not see any other bad entries in the HjT log, however maybe someone else will see something that I did not.
Anyways, I will be gone from the computer for awhile. If you still need help, I will not be replying for a couple hours or more. However, I will check back at this thread.
Good Luck

Yeah, that's going to be it. The that IP address is monoaddict.com. No idea how the hell that would get in your hosts file, though.
