Hi friends

I'm Italian boy and i've found this website for webradio installation (with winamp it is wonderful!)

but i'm not very practise of all the "instruments"

I'v downloadedDSP SERVER and it seems thant works well
i've gone on Winamp Preferences and on SHOUT cast DSP v1.9.0 [dsp_se.dll] and then on CONFIGURE active plug-in.

I've inserted the password and 127.0.0.1 in the address. I see the envilopped of the sent bytes on the STATUS but I see thet there isn't the possibility to write the STATION ID and there isn't the statione name on sc_server.exe

How can I enter a station name? And how can i transmit and control in the web?

thanks a lot for your answers

you need to download shoutcast dnas.

Get that here: http://www.shoutcast.com/downloads/sc1-9-7/shoutcast-1-9-7-windows.exe

That will solve your broadcast to the internet problem.

As for Station name, there is a tab for that in the winamp dsp. click the tbas and boxes and you will find it.

I am also going to guess that once you get this setup you are going to have issues with reaching the internet. Learn about port forwarding here: www.portforward.com and make sure you have it setup before you try to broadcast to people or it is not going to work...

Click the yellowpages tab. The station name is under the description box. I have no clue what station id is used for.

Also, thought the address of the server is correct, I would change it to the words 'localhost' (no ') has the dsp tends to work better with that than 127.0.0.1.

The shoutcast dsp will autimatically connect to dnas when you play music and hit the connect button os your screen shot of the dsp shows. The playlist is managed through winamp and the dsp takes care of sending it to dnas so you do not have to worry about it.
