I have burned thousands of mp3 files to disc. Now I want to put those mp3s on a new computer. Any ideas?? Thanks!

If the MP3s are on a CD/DVD, copy the MP3s from the disc onto your computer's hard drive. Really, nothing to do with Winamp at that part. You can use Windows Explorer (My Computer) for that.

Insert the CD.
Browse the contents.
Select all the files: Edit -> Select All (Crtl + A).
Copy them: Edit -> Copy (Ctrl + C).
Navigate to where you want to put the files.
Paste the files: Edit -> Paste (Ctrl + V).
Repeat for all CDs.
