Strange Error when trying to start SHOUTcast

I got all installed, and everything else going just fine. As soon as I put in the command to start SHOUTcast I got the following error:

/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libc_r.so.5" not found, required by "sc_serv"

Any ideas?

what flavor of linux?

Go to their website (the linux distro) and figure out where that lib comes from. Then get the package an d resolve it.
