Is it possible to setup User names and Passwords to watch Streaming?

Because I have plan to Charge users to watch streaming?

Can i use same ShoutCast Encroders and NSV files to stream in ICECAST SERVEr... or
is there anything extra needed to stream in ICECAST Server...except icecast configuration
