launching winamp from a website

hi,

how do I put a link to my shoutcast server which people can click to tune in? (just as the "tune in!" button on the shoutcast website)

Or, another way to phrase the question.. how do I launch winamp from a website with a specific shoutcast server for it to connect to?
(would be great if response was for both netscape and ie http://forums.winamp.com/ubb/smile.gif)
