Problem with Shoutcast

I got the latest version of Winamp, and i'm having trouble connecting to radio stations. It keeps on saying "Error connecting to proxy." What the heck? I tried every radio stations and it doesn't work. Whats wrong?

Can you be more specific on the type of set up you are using? Are you behind a firewall? Are you spoofing IP's? RTFM?
