Shoutcast and Winamp configuration

Hi,

Can you please let me know how I could get the file dsp_ sc.dll as this is supposed to be need to configure winamp using shoutcast to broadcast mp3 songs through my Intranet.

Also when I click the option > preferences and the plugins>DSP/Effects ther should be a short cut for the shoucast but its not there.

Please help

Yeah...shoutcast doesn't make that as clear as day....
