Cross-Fade Plugin

I could have sworn I read somewhere that there was a plugin I could download that would let me cross-fade between songs and/or sources. Does anyone know where I can find this?

It's an output plug-in

however, it does not work for the end user, it makes the owners believe that it is crossfading because of the stuff it does on output but really makes no difference to the listeners of your shoutcast station.
