I don't know what kind of info you need, but a great place to start is http://www.radiospy.com They have a bunch of tools, and a tutorial to help you through starting a radio station. They will even list your name in their database. Just click on "running a server" at the top for step-by-step easy instructions.

If you are REALLY in a bind, you could try going to www.live365.com (http://www.live365.com) They will broadcast your station, all you have to do is upload your songs and set a playlist. They only give you 365 MB though, so I don't know how much that would really help you.
