Users Connect but cant here music

i have also found out when people connect to my server and i play a song they kicked off what the hell is up wiht that?

Supply more info, please...

1) How fast is your internet connection?

2) How fast are your listener's connections (if you know them).

3) What bitrate/frequency are you broadcasting at?

4) More details about which server you're running, which DSP plugin, and any other details about your system and setup would be helpful....

I cant get a CD to stream
an MP-3 File works though.

try grabbing and converting a track and set it to repeat as a test. It looks like tou have the same problem I have. I believe that the winamp is not converting CD-wav to mp-3. If anyone has the answer let me know.
