new user page?

My user page shows a whole bunch of skin submission attemts that were deleted, but are now back
i'm just wondering but what do the letters stand for because i was trying to update one of my skins and i have no idea what "N" or "D" means

N means new, D means flagged for deletion. The user section is still in the works.
