Invalid Resource Request

I've been getting this message a lot lately:

dest: ***.***.***.***] Invalid resource request( HTTP/1.0)

Any ideas on what it could mean?

You'll get this when someone looks for something that doesn't exist (like a 404 on a web browser)

the *** means that they, the person making a request is usign some type of firewall.
