After broadcasting for several hours numbers are beginning to slip. After a fatal reset of the system it is over. I used Win98SE as an operating system and shoutcastserver 1-6-0
-rc2.My soundcard is an SBLive!. Memory 128mb and a Geforce videocard. What's happening?

I believe there is an older thread with the same question, but it turns out that Winamp Full version has some plugins that have memory leaks get Lite.
Getting Lite helps but what really helped me was pressing CTRL + ALT + Delete and end tasking all the damn Creative stuff. I generally only have Explorer and Systray running, then I start my server and winamp. My station runs for much longer periods (7-8 days) when I do this.
