How do I get more than 1024 streams at a time?

I've got two load balanced T1's,a decent SCSI server,and more bandwidth available if I need it.
How many streams CAN I run with this much bandwidth, or with "unlimited" bandwidth , at 20k , 11,025 hz stereo ?
