How can I create a *.pls file ?

I would like da create a file there the listeners only have to click to listen. I know it ends with pls, but is there a program or something like that to create ?

If your running your own server try connecting to http://your.server.here:shoutcast_port (dont click this http://forums.winamp.com/ubb/smile.gif) and you will see a link to a ready-made .pls file.
