Section Repeat Over and Over

I would like to be able to set starting and ending points within a music track as it is playing and then repeat that section over and over. Apparently, plug-in "A-B Repeat" provided that function for the old WinAmp player but it is not compatible with the modern WinAmp player.

This function would allow a musician to play-along with the section or just listen to it over and over. And, with the capability available with the "Pacemaker" plug-in, he can also adjust the tempo.

Please consider providing this function within WinAmp or as a plug-in.

AB Repeater is little funky with modern skins, try switching to a classic skin. Then you might be able to switch back to a modern skin.

Thanks for the input, John. I switched to the old player format but couldn't get A-B Repeat to work. I executed the download and it said it was loading in programs\winamp but I can't find it and, If I did find it, I wouldn't know how to implement it. Some guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I think the loop/a-b plug-ins are General Purpose plug-ins…Winamp > Ctrl+P (for Preferences) > Plug-ins > General Purpose
