Help With FireWall!

I've tried everything so don't tell me to go to portforward.com, give me some advice. I'm using the firewall ZoneAlarm and I need to Port Forward but its not allowing me and the website I mentioned above doesn't say anything about that. Can someone give me an exact link by any chance or some advice at least?

make sc_serv.exe in the program control list of zone alarm ....

Where do I browse sc_serv.exe from? So you did that to your Firewall and other people can listen to you? Thanks for the help so far.. I can be a noob sometimes LOL

In Zone Alarm: Program Control ---> Programs tab ---> programs are arranged alphabetically.

I setup port forwarding and gave sc_serv access through zone alarm. and that allows others to tune in.
