How do you 2 winamps open?

Can someone please tell me how to open 2 winamps so that I can broadcast at 128 and 8 I also do not know how to open sc_serv for 2 winamps.

there is an option in the options section for "allow multiple sessions" or something to that wording effect. as the servers go.. you will need 2 different ini/conf files to run on seperate ports. each winamp will get it owns server/port to play to.
