hey i installed mic plug in but help!!!

i typed open l......then something like linerc.......and it said line recording.......then i doubleclicked on that and talked but they couldnt hear me???could i have some help please ?

Well, I mean, the right command is linerec:// , but as You say that Winamp "said" LineRecording it should be all right. Well, first of all I would try to connect to a battlecom oder rogerwilco session in order to check if the microphone is installed properly, cause You have to enable it in Windows Sound Control Panel as well as in eventually installed DOS-Drivers of Your soundcard, and exactly there could be the Problem, depending on Your soundcard and driver revision, some DOS-Drivers seems to disable some devices randomly (I had this with my good old C-Media 8330)

once i type in location i get in my playlist line recording ????????now what do i do? do i click on that and click play and talk or what?!?!? please help thanx a lot =)
