can connect to my server onthe network, but no sound

I have 2 computers networked. When I launch shoutcast server/winamp on one and winamp on the other. Winamp connects to the server and will stream and display title of song, but no sound can be heard.

its not a volume control issue either.

what settings must i configure to stream properly?

my stream is set to 24kps 11hz.

As you can see the winamp will connect...but no sound is heard. i have listened to other streams before.

more info: my sound card is a sound blaster live pci. i also have cablemodem access and 3com netcards.

I really need help on setting up shoutcast server successfully.
