Use the Nullsoft Disk Writer plug-in (Which comes with Winamp). To access it, load Winamp and press CTRL-P to get to the preferences screen. Go down to the plug-in section and select OUTPUT. From there you should see the plug-in. Click on configure and it will prompt you for a place to put the WAV file.

It won't work. If you select one of those output plugins, it will still output to the speakers. I don't know what to tell you. I have 2GB of WMAs, and I almost wish they were still 4GB of MP3s. You can't do crap with WMAs in WinAMP. Including stream over ShoutCast.

use an old wma plugin from winamp 2.5e http://www.winampheaven.com
microsoft has forced nullsoft to remove wma support for every output/dsp plugin except waveout (even directsound doesn't work) in recent versions
so just install 2.5e to another directory and overwrite the in_wm.dll of the current version with the old one (and be careful when you upgrade winamp not to overwrite again)
for just converting wma to wav use cooldecode: http://members.***********/QuinqSoft/products/cooldecode.htm
edit: you'll loose quality if you convert wmas to mp3s (by compressing them again), if you still have the cds encode again! otherwise keep the wmas (or use napster)
