How to enabe "Screen dock"?

Wow, Google did a poor job translating that post.

I think the feature you are looking for is the docked toolbar. There are several requirements for this. Fisrt, only modern skins can use the feature but not all do. Second, some skins can only be put into this mode from the Window Shade layout.

The Modern and Bento skins can both use this feature. First put the skin into window shade mode by pressing the button between the minimise and close buttons on the Modern skin and between the maximise/restore and close buttons on the Bento skin. Now right click and go to Window Settings -> Docked Toolbar and then choose the optiuons you want.
