Drag+Drop suddenly plays instead of enqueuing

Hi,

Since I upgraded to Winamp 5.5, it changed it's drag+drop behaviour. When I open up an "Add File" Dialog in Playlist Editor, and I drag a file from the dialog to the playlist, the playlist is emptied and the file is played. I don't know if it's a bug or a feature. Can anyone help me on this?

Alas, it's a known (http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?threadid=156839#regress) Bento skin bug, and still exists in 5.51 (http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?threadid=283402).

It doesn't happen with any other skin (Modern, Classic, etc), only Bento.

Hopefully it will get fixed eventually....

That doesn't sound like a bug because many other media players do that. Try changing a setting.

Nope, it's definitely a Bento skin bug. Trust me. I should know ;-)

is still broken in 5.53x but is meant to be fixed for the next release (no eta, no idea when, blah blah, no idea of version number, etc)

If not, go HERE (http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?postid=2348737#post2348737) and download/install the temporary Bento-fix (http://www.meggamusic.co.uk/winamp/Bento-Fix.exe), but also read what DJ Egg wrote about the fix (http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?postid=2348737#post2348737) if you do so.

well, this fix started another bug: now when i drag and drop a file from dialog to somewhere else, not the playlist, it opens the file and discards the current playlist. quite bad, when you start adding a file to your playlist, and decide otherwise, you can't stop by dropping the dragged item somewhere else.
