If I'm in a intranet network (TCP/IP) how do I post a link that would be stored on the internet

Create a playlist file in notepad as follows

[Playlist]
NumberOfEntries=1
File1=http://your.server.ip.address:port
Title1=name users see in winamp
Length1=-1
Version=2

name it whatever.pls and put a link in your webpage to this file. When a user clicks on this link it should open winamp and connect to your servers stream. Note substitute your info for File1 and Title1.
