Broadcasting from Line In Port

does anyone know how I can take a line from my line in port and broadcast it via shoutcast? winamp doesnt seem to be able to do it

Double click your Speaker Icon in your Systray, Options, Properties, Recording, Ok, Select the "Line In" box as your recording source.

Right click winamp, Play, Location, linein:// ,Click OK, click Play.

Start your shoutcast server, click the Connect on the Plugin.
